BNC App Privacy Policy

Overview

Brunswick Nazarene Church provides the BNC app for church information and authorized ministry operations. We do not sell personal information or use the app for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Public app use

The public Home, Events, Sermons, and Give areas do not require an account. When you open church events, sermons, or giving, the app opens the official Brunswick Nazarene Church website, which may process information under its own website practices.

Authorized Kids Check-In

Authorized staff may access family contact details, children's names and birthdates, allergy notes, attendance records, and label-printing information. This information is provided by families and used only for church registration, safety, attendance, and check-in operations.

Technical information

Our hosting and application service providers may process standard connection information needed to operate and secure the app, such as IP address, device and browser information, request logs, and authentication/session data.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers operating the app or when required by law. Church registration and attendance records are retained according to church operational and legal needs. Authorized deletion requests are handled while preserving records the church must retain.

Security and choices

Staff access is protected by individual credentials and rate limits. Families may contact the church to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information.

Children

Children's information is entered by a parent, guardian, or authorized church staff member for ministry check-in and safety. The app is not designed for children to create their own accounts.
